馬總統十一日到十八日展開「久揚專案」，訪問中美洲加勒比海地區多明尼加、海地及尼加拉瓜三邦交國。

總統在登機前發表談話中指出，這次出訪也希望能夠更深化雙邊合作，並進行雙邊交換意見。
